WHAT'S NEW:

September 2008 ---

Begin pre-production of our first adaptation based on "The Rubaiyyat of Omar Khayaam". Written by Scott McMorrow "(before) The Rubaiyyat of Omar Khayaam" was first presented as a part of Noor Play Festivall.

July/August 2008 ---

Wrapping up post-production on "Melting Pot" (music video we shot in June) and pre-production of "Last Call" (our first feature film)

June 2008 ---

We wrapped production on "Melting Pot" music video. Now post-production will bring new challenges - the entire project was shot in the blue screen studio.

April/May 2008 ---

We've been crazy-busy with preparing four projects for the New York Television Festival. "Circulus Initium" was already sent in, "Leftover Cooking Done Right" will be on its way this week, "Day On The Set" and "Professor K Show" will be ready next week. March 2008 ---

We are going into pre-production for a music video "Melting Pot".

February 2008 ---

Production on "Learning is Basic" series for Terra Media Ltd. officially has began - "Calculus I" is up first.

January 2008 ---

Short HD film SAYONARA SANTA that was shot with 35mm adapter in December is in post-production now. As we've admitted on many occasions before, we're madly in love with Panasonic HVX200 camera, so it's even more difficult to admit that now we're having a love affair with 35mm adapter.

December 2007 ---

Happy Holidays Everyone! 
We wish you many presents, we've already made great one to ourselves - we are now officially insured for the entire year! Multiple projects, including a feature film are in the works.

November 2007 ---

We're in pre-production for a short film SAYONARA SANTA to be shot in December. Once again we'll be shooting with Panasonic HVX200 HD camera, only this time a 35mm adapter and prime lenses will be used as well.

October 2007 ---

We begin to work on series of educational videos for Terra Media Ltd.

September 2007 ---

We finished production of the "Professor K Show" pilot, its in post now.

August 2007 ---

We finished production and post-production of the cooking show pilot.

July 2007 ---

We finally screened demo for "Circulus Initium", project that started it all, and got great feed back, so now the script for the feature is in the works.

June 2007 ---

We're working on two pilots to be shot this summer. We also begin development of the feature film to be shot next year.

May 2007 ---

We begin series of screenings starting with "Sneak Preview Weekend" on May 18th, 19th and 20th. Learn more at www.festival.circulusinitium.com

April 2007 ---

We provided production and post-production services for "CleanButt BidetSpa" commercial shoot. Learn about the company at www.cleanbutt.com. Their product was chosen for ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" special that will air on Sunday April 22nd. Expect to see our work on ABC and cable. 

March 2007 ---

Sunday's in the City March Movie Marathon is up and running. Last Sunday was particularly fun - read below.

"So the festival was going smooth and we were on a roll. "Muneca" just finished its screening and it was time for the music after-party. Christine Marie started off the show with two of her singles. The cameras were on the performer on stage up until the middle of the second song, when something extremely crazy happened. At first it was the bewildered noise and raised voices that got my attention. People near the middle of the bar started to jump out of their chairs and began pointing to something. Since I counted 72 people in the place, it was kind of difficult for me see what was going on. A "rat" I thought at first. But no... that would have been too ordinary. A circle formed around the spectacle and I heard the word "snake" come out. 
WTF? Snakes!? Are you kidding me - I was ready to jump on stage. At that point, all of the photographers that were so devoted to Christine's performance turned their attention to getting shots of something you normally would not find in a bar - live seafood. The snakes turned out to be eels - I think... and I swear I saw some oysters or crabs. They spilled out of a couple of bags and were wiggling around on the floor. Talk about odd. 
Christine kept on singing - and even proclaimed that the power of her song summoned these creatures - and I was willing to believe that at that point. 
No one knew who had left this "seafood delight" behind but someone told me that a Chinese delivery guy stopped at the bar with his "cargo," got drunk, and forgot his bags when he left. Chinese delivery + bar = live creature show? Somehow, that just doesn't add up... Looking forward to the next random wtf moment.

Feb. 2007 --

CI is co-producing Sundays in the City March Movie Marathon in it's third year. It's a screening series that gives filmmakers an opportunity to show their work. Festival opens on Thursday March 1st and continues on every Sunday in March.

We also just wrapped two productions on the same weekend. One is a music video and another is a short film. 

This coming weekend another one will be wrapped as well - our first HD short shot with Panasonic HVX200 camera and we've gotta tell you we're all in love with that camera!
